Cancellation Policy
Photography services may be cancelled or rescheduled with advance notice. Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion and the terms agreed upon in your service contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed work is generally not eligible for refund, but we will work with you to address any concerns.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service package or request changes after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications when feasible.
Digital Products
Digital photography files are delivered electronically. Once delivered and downloaded, digital products are considered final. If you experience technical issues with file delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.
